Exceptional staff in-the receptionist, day and night. The rooms with a nice view. Had clean a kitchen area and thick blackout curtains.

I really enjoyed good sized bedroom.

Stayed for 2 nights and was impressed by this nice budget hotel. The room was more than nice styled and modern and included a large bathroom. The location of the property was very central, next to right opposite Basin Reserve, Pizza Hut upwards and cafes and bars.

We had a nice stay with good service.

The hotel was located short walk to Wellington CBD as well as city and bus stop takeaways and chemist nearby. Everything was very comfortable during our stay but disappointing aspect was cold bathroom. This accommodation was in the very central location to Ferry terminal. Moreover, there was a lake within 20 mins walk from the property.

This hotel was nice in every respect, had exceptional staff in-the receptionist. The room was beautifully designed and new-fashioned with free WiFi and a nice view, for instance, and all other comforts. Overall great location for what I needed. Went to Tequila Joe's for drink or two, set not very far from the venue.

Excellent and unbeatable location - close to Subject to Change.

This NICE budget hotel had nice views. The location was exceptionally nice, to central WN areas, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, it was not far from easy to get back on motorway to leave, Te Papa museum, and motorways.

Our hotel room was recently renovated and beautifully maintained specifically with a good out bed. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were available too. The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away.

Greatly enjoyed the room specifically with a good out bed, my bed was extremely comfy. Amazingly nice and pleasant staff, gave a lot of information. The location was marvellous for walking around a war memorial.

The hotel has marvellous and fantastic location close enough to food outlets and medical care as well as bars / cafes. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

The room was generous-sized and beautifully maintained with king bed. The location was particularly good and excellent, if you need to be walking distance to a museum and a memorial park.
